We ship the products described. Refunds or exchanges are issued if we ship the wrong product or a product that is different from the one ordered.
Please note that LITURGIX ships out all products at the specified time. However, LITURGIX is not affiliated with the postal service and the delivery times are estimates only. There are other factors that may affect the timeline of your delivery, such as inclement weather, air traffic congestion and customs workflow.
If you have a specific deadline, please tell us when placing the order. We may re-arrange our production schedule, alert you of comparable products in stock, and/or recommend Express delivery.
Clothing is shipped based on the measurements and comments customers provide. Please make sure you provide us with accurate measurements and specific comments and preferences you may have. Should there be the need for final adjustments, please refer to Product Exchange Procedures (below).
Most stores may assess a 10-30% reshelving fee on all returns.
LITURGIX DOES NOT CHARGE RESHELVING FEES.
LITURGIX reworks all returns and sends them back to the customer for FREE. The customer will receive Liturgix.com store credit for the shipping charges to LITURGIX. Please refer to Product Exchange Procedures for more information.
Product Exchange Procedures
Please contact LITURGIX via email or phone right away and provide a written explanation of the issue(s) (via email or mail). Once reviewed, we will advise you how to proceed with the exchange. LITURGIX may opt to issue a refund, in lieu of an exchange.
LITURGIX will issue refunds for all authorized returns that cannot be exchanged or reworked. All refunds issued will exclude any shipping charges associated with the order.
Time Frames for Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
Order cancellations must be done within 24 hours of placing an order. Claims for returns and exchanges must be raised within 14 days of delivery.
